The MeetingSense Outlook toolbar (and right-click menus) installs and integrates into Outlook in seconds to help you schedule, prepare, or start MeetingSense meetings directly from your Outlook calendar. Login to your online dashboard to manage published team meeting and action item information in real-time.

Install our Toolbars - Schedule and Capture Meetings Directly from Outlook

Start using MeetingSense by scheduling and then preparing or starting MeetingSense meetings directly from your Outlook calendar. Use our Outlook toolbar buttons or right-click on an available meeting slot to schedule a new MeetingSense meeting. Prepare or Start MeetingSense Meetings with the toolbar buttons or by right-clicking on previously scheduled meetings. The Plug-in launches MeetingSense Publisher and will automatically import participants, files, and the agenda to get you started.

During Your Meetings - Capture and then Publish Everything
Starting or preparing a meeting from your new Outlook Toolbars launches MeetingSense Publisher, a single interface for easily capturing all of the information and action items shared during your meetings. MeetingSense Publisher seamlessly replaces tools (like Microsoft Word) to help you efficiently record every aspect of your meetings. You can even have non-MeetingSense users manage assigned action items via a MeetingSense FreeAccess account.
