MeetingSense’s unique pod system easily organizes and streamlines meetings.  Pods retain data from the initial invitation and automatically populate databases to record attendance, notes, and how attendee’s voted.  MeetingSense can also record audio, which can be very useful for recording votes.

At the end of each meeting, MeetingSense creates an organized review of the meeting, which can be emailed to all attendees.
